Incase you are using CallManager, check the dictionary*.xml files under C:\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath\English_UnitedStates for this word. "Your Current Options" should be defined with number 119, dont remember the exact line and dont have access to a CallManager at this time to give you the exact names.
Basically with CM, this info is stored in the dictionary files and then pushed to IP Phones. I did some testing recently and could not find this working with 7.x and above loads with CallManager. So, upgrading the firmware might also fix this for you. But the right fix if to correct the dictionary files to show "Your Current Options" instead of CIA
