Are you looking for a working SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml file?  If you are, then try THIS.

If you're using UDP transport, what is the XML value for <transportLayerProtocol>?

Before we start, you need to answer the most important question:  Has your Asterisk server properly authenticated with your voice service provider (VSP) yet?

Yes. I have Asterisk PBX with 80 ip phones, I have only one Cisco CP-8941, that I nedd to connect.

I was setup, phone log: file ITLFile.flv failed

I was setup, phone log: file ITLFile.flv failed

That file is not important.

How can I edit SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml file, what is important to connect to asterisk.. Firmware of phone: SIP 9-3-4-17

How can I edit SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml file

You can use any text editor.  I like to use Notepad++ so you'll know which XML tags are left "open".

what is important to connect to asterisk.

When you edit this file, search for an XML tag called <loadinfo>.  Use the same version as stated there.

Not works. Please, do you able send me config file for this phone to SIP account:

username: 501

passwd:SipTestCisco

SIP asterisk server: 192.168.106.3

Thank you very much.

What troubleshooting have you done???

What is your settings on your Asterisk server?

Are you using TCP transport or UDP?

What firmware are you using?

Did you enable TFTP so the phone can download the SEPmacaddress.xml.cnf file?

username: 501

passwd:SipTestCisco

SIP asterisk server: 192.168.106.3

using UDP transport.

firmware is: SIP 9-3-4-17

tftp is enabled.

If you're using UDP transport, what is the XML value for <transportLayerProtocol>?

4

"4"????

That's not UDP transport.  That's TCP transport.
