You can use any text editor.  I like to use Notepad++ so you'll know which XML tags are left "open".

When you edit this file, search for an XML tag called <loadinfo>.  Use the same version as stated there.

What troubleshooting have you

What troubleshooting have you done???

 

What is your settings on your Asterisk server?  

Are you using TCP transport or UDP?  

What firmware are you using?

Did you enable TFTP so the phone can download the SEPmacaddress.xml.cnf file?
