Hi Jean
I think I may be able to suggest a solution. I had the identical issue for CIMC on four different UCS C210 M2 servers. If I power cycled the UCS, CIMC would resume normal operation, but the workaround only lasted for a limited time.
I asked my partner to upgrade the CIMCs. We are at versions 1.4(3k) & 1.4(3j) and no longer experience the issue at all. This was a permanent solution for me, but I am concerned that your version appears higher than mine.
Lastly, I also found a method online to SSH into the CIMC and restart the web GUI which helped when I had the issue: (unfortunately I am not able to credit the original source, sorry)
Now assuming you have SSH enabled, you can use an SSH client such as PUTTY to SSH over, log in, and execute:
scope cimc
reboot
The session would look something like this:
login as: admin
admin@172.16.17.3's password:
sucs-c2xx# scope cimc
ucs-c2xx /cimc # reboot
This operation will reboot the CIMC.
Continue?[y|N]
It doesn't appear to impact or interfere with any applications or VMs which may be hosted on the UCS.
