CIPC 8.6 TFTP Issues

I have just installed IP Communicator 8.6.1.0 on a Win 8.1 machine.  When I go to my Preferences --> Network the TFTP is not available for me to set. Has anyone else seen this problem?  This is not an issue if using IP Communicator 2.1.  Any assitance is much appreciated.

This has been asked before plenty of times, a quick search on CSC will provide all the pointers to fix this.

Notice you're officially not supported as that version is not supported on W8.1
