Hello people
I not found solution on forum but found many questions about it!
So, somebody has solutions to CIPC and ISA Client? Because with solutions there is one-way audio and when we uninstall ISA client all works fine.
The administrators ISA says me that don't have rule block on ISA Server and all rtp ports are allowed.
With CIP 2.0.2 and 2.1.1 + ISA client calls works fine but with newer cipc version not works.
Thanks
Peterson

Hello,
Could your network admins tell you which ports they allow specifically for RTP traffic? They should have
16384 to 32768 open for RTP traffic.
I know a client that was having a very similar issue with IPC 2.1.2 and they upgraded their ISA to version 4.0 (build 4.0.3442.654), which resolved the issue.
But to properly diagnose this we would need a packet capture for the PC having the problem.

Hello
I sent all ports to administrators ISA and he created rules on ISA Server.
I will take the ISA Client version with customer.
I installed wireshark in the pc with CIPC 2.0.2 and 2.1.X + ISA, the rtp incoming and outgoing works fine. But when I install CIPC 7.x rtp incoming works and rtp outgoing stop.
