CIPC call stats

      Hello - I'm currently running CIPC 8.6.3.0 on BE6K 9.1, the issue I'm having when bringing up the call stats with the ? it is not showing AVG Jitter, MAX Jitter, and RxDisc.  Is there a parameter that needs to be toggled on to receive this information.

Have you tried running CIPC via administrator? (Right click on shortcut and select run as administrator)

I'm administrator, however I did try what you asked and still get all the stats except the 3 asked about.
