CIPC not work with Cisco Unified Video Advantage..

Dear All

We use the CIPC with Cisco Unified Video Advantage to estrablish the Video calling. The problem is everytime that we make the call., Video not display and then i must press hold/resume to start the video camera as the guide below.

How do I solve this problme., Please kindly suggest us.
