i have installed newly released CIPC version 2.1.3 and previous 2.1.2 on Windows vista
But extension number is not displaying on the CIPC and not able to dial any number
Does anybody knows the solution ??

Phone is not registering, check setting and CCM config.

Hi I checked all settings on call manager
even on call manager version 5.1.3 it shows registered successfully with ip address
but on CIPC display i dont see any extension
number , only i can see is softkeys as newcall,redial,cfwall
This is happening on New Dell and sony vio laptops

Does it happens only on Vista, does it show the extension on the XP?
