CIPC wont register

I have CIPC 8.6 installed on Win 7 laptop using Cisco VPN into the company.  I can not get it to register.  It just keeps saying configuring IP...  

 

Help needed.

Hi.

Hi. Ensure that you are using "Use this device name" instead of using network interface on CIPC's network configuration On device name field should be present the one specified on CUCM HTH Regards Carlo

Have you already verified you can reach CUCM, and basic connectivity??

That your VPN has routing to CUCM??

IT does download the CTL file

IT does download the CTL file from the CUCM but then nothing.......

Can you download the phone's

Can you download the phone's config file via a TFTP client on the same PC while connected to the VPN?
