Circular Hunt question

Okay so I give up on the broadcast hunt via a pilot point. (created a CTIRP to send it ot a hunt pilot broadcast as a workaround)

So now on to circular, I have 3 phones in the hunt. If 1 is busy it goes to 2. Perfect.

However! If it rings 1 and 1 is away grabbing a can of jolt cola or something, it will continue to ring at 1 FOREVER. Never rolls to the next member.

Tried DND that doesnt work either.

Please help

Hi Scott,

Oh ok,

Can you check in Line Group reversion timers, we dont follow DN CFNA timer for Line group we use that parameter which by default is 15.

im talking about pilot point hunts brother, no line groups only misery and loathing for the lack of configurability.

Ok perfect,

With pilot points, thats expected behavior once TCD (ACserver) sends the call to the line, it wont hunt to the next one, if you want to do it you have 2 options,

configure CFNA destination or a Linegroup.

TCD will detect busy as you can see and route to next member.
