Cisco 2921 routers and CUCM

Hi, we are in the process of upgrading all our gear and we currently run CUCM 6.1.1.  We are looking at purchasing 2921 routers but my concern is that when I look in the Call Manager to add a Gateway there is no 2921 router.  Do we need to upgrade CM for these to work or is there another way I can add these routers?

Hi Linda,

You would need to upgrade to CUCM 6.1(5)

Active Platforms

Cisco 2901, 2911,2921, and 2951

Minimum Cisco Unified Communications Manager Release

6.1.5, 7.1.3 or 8.0
