CISCO 6921 IP Phone unable to configure Speed dial from userpage

Hi,

I am having issue in configuring speed dial from user page for 6921 phone. My CUCM version is 9.1 and for all other phone models speed dial is working fine. The issue is on the user page after adding phone number the next column is speed dial but this is in accessible. (Screenshot attached)

Active Phone Load:  SCCP69xx.9-3-1-3

Hi,

Have you set speed dials on the phone button template? Can you add a speed dial on the CUCM Admin page? Have the users permitted to perform this taks on CCMUser?

I am trying to add from the user page itself because I want user to add their own speed dial and accessing the device via https://X.X.X.X/ucmuser.

On User standard CCM user privilege is enabled. On the other model ex 7911, 7942 also CCM user role is enabled and its working fine, Am only having issue with these model phone.
