Cisco 6921 - Problem with second call

Hi all,

We have a problem when we have active call, and we want to make a second call with the same line, display message "Unable to make a call". We can transfer, conferece with this phone, but we can´t make a second call. we have Cisco 6921 SCCP, firmware 69xx-SCCP-9-4-1-3SR1., my CUCM is 10.5.1.10000.
