Cisco 7821 Phone call history will show out users FAC code
I face an issues on new purchase 7821 IP Phone, where users dial PSTN call with FAC code, when the call completed end and I go to call history to retrieve back this call number, I able to saw back my call number plus the FAC code show on call history. Do you have any idea why this can happen? Currently my CUCM is running in version 188.8.131.5200-26 and device package version I patch in is cmterm-devicepack184.108.40.20627-1.cop.sgn, should I upgrade my CUCM to 8.5(1) SU6 and this issues can solved? For other model 7912, 7940, 7942 and 7962 does not have this issues.
