Hi Every one,
I have a 7841 phone which is not booting up and all lights on.
I already replace it, taking the same profile from the phone that is not working.
so the one replaced is working fine.
Before to go with RMA, I would like to know if I can fix this issue. can you please help me ?
Well, the phone when I connect it to the network, the four lights in the botton gets On as amber.
There is no way to reset it since any virtual botton appears.
ir there something to try to get it fixed or should I go with the RMA directly ?
