Hi

I have setup speed dials and abbreviated dials but there is no "AbbrevDial" button showing when I try to access.

I have phone "onhook" and press the number that corresponds to abbrev dial but the "AbbrevDial" button is missing

Hi

If you press the 'rocker' key just under the display, do the first 4 speed dials you set up get displayed correctly?

If not, you may not have associated the phone to the user properly...

If they do, then what version of CCM and phone load are you using?
