hi,
I have ccm 4.1 and having issue with cisco 7912 phone only that voice quality issue and at same time when i ping the it give high latency other ip phone models(7940,7942 ) are working fine

Have you had a look to switch interface statistics if there are some errors such as CRC or collisions?

Hi Carlo,
As far as network is concern every thing is fine.No crc no errors on the same swtich cisco 7942 is working fine

What is the phone load/firmware version loaded presently in 7912 ? If older, did you try updating it to the latest ?
As you said, switch config looks fine & other phones has no issues, I can think of phoneload first & then of any hardware issues ( phone ethernet port etc )
