Cisco 7920 ip phone resgistration problem

hi

i have one cisco 7920 phone which have firmware version 7920.4.0-03-01.but its not registering with call manager.whenever i try to connect i am getting following messages "AP authentication ok" then "configuring ip network" and then "no service -ip config failed".ie wireless part is ok ,i think.

callm anager version is 4.0.1.DO I NEED TO INSTALL THE FIRMWARE IMAGE IN TFTP ALSO ?seems its not there atpresent.

please help..

Is the ip helper address is correctely configured on the phone gateway ?
