Cisco 7920 IP phone series and authentication with Access Point

Hi All,

I am experiencing the problem when 7920 phone tries to authenticatw with enabled password access point. Actually, it gives authentication failed. And the interesting thing, If I configure AP to have open access ("no pwd"), then it works. Please advise. Thanks

Hi,

It is sloved.

I follow those config parameters:-

-authenication with ap:akm

-use wpa key (hexa,in my case, I use Alpha numeric)

- give static network config (Ip, tftp,...)

Remember of course to do apply changes option, for you changes to take effect.

After that, it should work.
