Call manager 9.x we are unable to view any of Cisco 7921's when accessed the from Publisher it is fine, but try to manage any of the 7921 Phones from any of the 2 subscribers you get the following error message:
"Unmapped Exception /usr/local/cm/db/xml/xml/Phone_7921_display_instance.xml (No such file or directory)"
The latest Device pack and cop files were installed and a clusterwide reboot but still not resolved the issue!
Any ideas to resolve issue?

Hello,
What is the current state of database, Can you please check the database state through GUI or CLI
Cisco Unified reporting> system Report> Unified CM database status.
CLI>show perf query class "Number of Replicates Created and State of Replication"
Ideally it should show count of 2 which is good. also post the output of show version active from both PUB and SUB.

In the troubleshooting steps so far
1) Installed the COP file twice and restarted TFTP services on servers
2) check replication which is Good: Replication status for all servers: 2 - good
3) finally Installed the device pack and followed by a clusterwide Reboot still not resolved issue get same error message

System version: 9.1.2.10000-28
