I have a problem wiht a cisco ip phone, 7921g, which cannot boot up normally. In other words, I can only see the Cisco logo on the screen and the green light flashing quickly.
Is there any way I can hard reset the phone by giving a combination of keys?

Hi "E",
I believe the sequence is;
Settings> Phone settings> Press **2, it will display "start factory reset now"> Select Yes

thank you for the answer but the phone doesn't boot up to the normal screen, so I cannot go to settings. That's why I asked if there is any hard reset and not a soft one.

I don't know of any "Hard reset" method for the 7921.

You can have the phone check the firmware by holding down the Push to talk button and the speaker button and the powering the telephone on. If the firmware check fails you can connect to it via USB and reload the firmware image. Follow the link for more information:
