Cisco 7921G Wireless phone failure

Hi.

I have a Cisco 7921G that failed yesterday. Caller said that the phone rang, and they were unable to answer. The phone went through Configuring IP and Configuring CM list. Note that the phone still rang when this went on.

Caller said that this happended at 11.03

Here's the log entries from that spesific time:

Prior to this, I allso find 199 entries that sais:

"2012-03-20 11:02:05:0640 CP-7921G user.err GUI: 199: 1 l= 852 msg=37 tm=1720404245"

Does anyone know what this means?
