Cisco 7937 Conference Station One Way Calls

Hi Guys,

I have a strange issue with all my 7937s on Campus since a network re-patch.


My problem is calls are only operating one way. When a call is placed from the conference station the end user can hear everything, but nothing can be heard on the conference station itself.

If I plug a 7941 into the same switchport the phone calls are fine.


I am getting a little lost in diagnosing this one.

The device is showing as not trusted in CUCM 8.0.3, i'm not sure if this is relevant?

All phones connects to a 4000 series catalyst.


All conference phones were working fine before and i've even applied the same switch port config to the new ports with no joy.


Please help :)


The same thing happened to me

The same thing happened to me after we upgraded some links to Sip. It was time for us to upgrade so we moved to 8831s before figuring this out. 


What sort of network patch did you do?
