Hello All,
I added Custom background image which shows up on all my Cisco 7941 phones, however there are 3 black lines that run the length of the screen and cover the image. Does anyone know of a way to remove these? They are not part of the image I loaded from the TFTP server but rather look like the lines from the default background image.
Thanks,
Brandon

Do you mean 5 black, horizonatal thin lines?

Hi,
Can you confirm what firmware version you are running, is it the latest for the particular model of IP phone? The reason for this is that I believe you are running into a known firmware issue as I came across an issue like this on a CUCM 7.1.5 cluster, unfortunately I cannot recall the exact firmware, especially if it is affecting all your 7941s that have the background.
If you find that you are not running the latest, try uploading the individual firmware files for the latest supported release for your CUCM cluster, and specify the load for only one single phone to determine whether it resolves your issue.
Regards
Allan.
