The company I work for uses Cisco IP Phone 7941 Series. When I call potental clients the phone rings but the call time counter on the screen doesnt start until someone picks up or an answering machine answers. Is this counter the call time counter? If I was to call someone and hang up right when the answering machine answered and the call time counter read zero would that call then read 0:00 in the system?
