Hello, I really need your help. We have 10 7961 ip phones. Below is the Topology. Basically we have the PSTN network with 8 Analog lines going to 2 VIC 2 and 4 FXO cards into the Voice gateway 2901 series. Then we have the CUCM in another location and than a Catalyst switch, then the phones. The incoming phone calls are cutting out. Speed and Duplex settins on the Swithes are Set to auto Negotiate. Each Port on the Voice Vlan are also on the Data vlan. The ports were set up with switchport mode Voice vlan# command.

This issue is intermittent. The incoming calls keep cutting out. Can anyone help, it will be greatly appreciated.
