Cisco 7962 and Verint Impact 360 Call Recording

Hi all,

We've got call recording setup with a load of 7912 and 7940 IP Phones which works fine via a SPAN to copy all the voice VLAN traffic to the call recording server.

This works fine, however, for some reason the few new 7962 and 7965 phones we have won't record unless one of the 7912 or 7940 phones is involved.

Is anyone aware of any special configuration that needs to be done on these phones to make them work?

I met the same problem. we use 7940 phones

I know for a fact that Verint

I know for a fact that Verint works with DMS (not sure about span) on 7942.   

whats the part that is not working?  RTP or CTI control?

Has anyone else seen this and found a way to make it record them, other than obviously reconfiguring to use built-in-bridge?
