Cisco 7962 Transfer Problem

We have a few 7962 IP phones. The one at our main office I am having problems with. When a call comes into this phone and the secretary pushes the transfer button, enters the ext, the call is immediatly transfered to the ext she dials. On all our other 7962 phones, when the caller pushes the transfer button, enters the ext, they are able to tell the intended recipient who is calling and push transfer again to actaully transfer the call. We are using CME 8.8. Any ideas? The only difference in this phone from the others, is that it has a side car attatched to the phone. I have tried unplugging it and disconnecting it with the same results though.

Please post the config of the phone with the problem and a working phone.
