I have a Cisco 7975 phone using firmware version SCCP75.8-5-2SR1S. Cisco Call Manager version 220.127.116.110-13.
When the users places an internal or external phone call and the called party answers the phone, the call gets placed on hold and the user has to take the call off hold. Any ideas what can be causing this. A reset of the phone had no affect.
