Hi,
Recently we have deployed Cisco 8831 conference phone registered to CUCM 8.6.2 and realised that this phone is showing clear text on FAC during call setup. Once the call is connected, the display is back to normal.
Anyway to hide or encrypt the FAC on the phone display during call setup? Any advise will be appreciated. Thanks.

Any solution on this issue? Is it possible try upgrade to the latest version 8.6.2 SU5 ?

Hi ,
I suggest opening TAC case since fix is available in version 9.3(3)ES5 which u can get only from TAC or take suggestion of TAC whether upgradation of CUCM is the only resolution.
