Cisco 8851 Usb headset issue

I have a usb headset plugged into an 8851 IP phone and recognized, but I do not get any audio from the headset. CUCM Version 8.6.2. USB Headset enabled in CUCM, has anyone seen this issue, have a suggestion? Thanks.
