Cisco 8945: change text of softkey button

We have a lot of complaint about some softkeys text label translation.

Is there a way to custom softkey text label ?

Do you mean you want to change the name of the softkey? For e.g., instead of NewCall -> New. Is this what you want to achieve? This cannot be done.

The softkey names that have come with the phone locale are static.

Yes, some softkeys name are not very well translated in French. So it's not possible to change them :(

I will open a TAC to correct them

Unfortunately no, the soft key names are defined within the code.  If you see that they are translated incorrectly you can open a TAC case and a bug can be created to address it in future releases.
