Cisco 8961 on CME 10.0, Multiple Lines?

I have a few Cisco 8961(SIP) and 8945(SCCP) on a CME 10.0.

On the Cisco 8961, there are multiple lines configured, but only one can get "active".

Now, the problem is when an incoming call rings on the 2nd line (which is not "active" (greyed out)), the call

can be answered. After the call is done and I try to dial-out, the Cisco 8961 uses the 2nd line (the last active one).

My question is, can I configure an automate line, so that all outgoing calls will be dialed through that defined lie?
