Cisco 9951 Video Phone - BlueTooth Headset Peering

Hi All,

Can I connect Nokia BH-214 Blue-Tooth Headset to Cisco Video Phone 9951.

While adding the accessories, it is not able to discover this Blue-Tooth Headset.

While searching the Blue-Tooth accesssories will it discover Mobile Phones also?

Note: Blue-Tooth Headset is working fine with Mobile Phone (While discovering, Blue-Tooth Headset is on only)

Hi,

We do not test any Bluetooth device to work with Cisco IP Phone. It is up to the Bluetooth device manifacturer to see if it supported or not.

Jawbone ICON will work for sure as it is mentioned in below link and check section "Accessories",

Check with Nokia if they have anything to add.

We only support Class 2 Blue tooth devices.
