Guys,
when the user enters his/her FAC the actual code displays on the screen. is there anyway to have it hidden like the 7900 phones?

Not yet, SIP phones will still show the Forced Authorization Code (FAC) http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCsb68946
