cisco 9971 randomly wakes up and as though a linebutton is pressed
I have a Cisco 9971 that randomly wakes up and calls the Quickdial number on Linebutton 3 (sometimes also 4). It looks like the hardware thinks one of the buttons is pressed (or the touchpad in the region of these line buttons).
Does anybody have a similar problem and knows a solution? Is the hardware broken, or is it maybe caused by misscalibration? I first thought it had something todo with the temperature in the room (when I opend a windows) but now I think it happens all the time.
