Cisco 99XX IP Phone & "All Calls" Feature

Hi,

Is there a way to always have the "All Calls" feature engaged on the new 99XX series IP Phones?

I do not want the users to accidentally press another line appearance on the phone and make outbound calls from that line (Unless manually selected).

By "All Calls" do you mean have the phone default to the primary line when going off hook each time (ignoring the selected line) unless the user selects another line after going offhook?

Yes that is what I mean.  I have set the "Always use prime line" option to true and that helps when lifting the handset or going offhook on speaker phone then dialing but if another line is selected and i use a speed dial or on hook dialing it will not use the prime line.

I can see how this will be an issue for admin assistant users.
