Cisco Agent Desktop phones go out of service for 10 - 15 minutes continuously over the day
We just started having a major issues with CAD at one of our offices. Over the day all the phones will go "out of service" at random times with random amounts of time in between outages for anywhere from 3 to 15 minutes before they can go "ready" again.
We are stumped. The phones and gateway do not become unregistered and are pingable. We suspected DHCP problems but the phone's leases expired after the first occurrence of them going "out of service".
During the time of the phones being "out of service" most of our phone lines (10 at this office) will ring fast busy, which sounds like a Telco issue but why would that make all the phones go "out of service"...???
Any ideas or known bug cases will be much appreciated. I think it has gone on long enough to warrant a TAC case though.
