Hi guys,
Is Cisco ATA compatible with Polycom conference phone?
We have an existing polycom conference phone with analog lines. In the next few weeks, we will migrate to Cisco CME with ISDN10 line.
I am wondering what I should do to make the polycom still working...
Please help.
Thanks and regards,
Jenna

Thanks Anchoudh!
Can I also configure the Polycom Conference phone as SIP phones?
How do I do that?
Thanks.

If the Polycomm supports SIP protocol, you can add it as a third party sip device to the CUCM server. This is a very common setup for soundstation models.
Regarding the ATA, you would be using an analog FXS that would most likely work, however if the Polycom uses some advanced features as DTMF combination that might certantly not work 100%.
