Cisco Attendant 7.X, Collect Logs & Corperate Directory

Hello All,

We have a Cisco Attendant 7.X running here on our Call Manager, which is also a 7.X release. Pretty outdated i know.

My question is the following: Can i collect logs of the attendant, from when the person logs into the attendant and out of the attendant. If so, Where do i collect these?

- Client Side?

- Server Side?

I would like to know when the receptionist logs into the Attendant Console at which timestamp.

I've noticed that the "Coperate Directory" in Cisco Attendant is text based, how do i process this to update this list, do i download it from Call manager and adjust it and re-upload it?

Is there a way to auto this?

Kind regards,

Yannick

Hi Yannick,

You can collect the acclient.txt logs from the following location on the client PC to get login and logout information

C:\Program Files\Cisco\Unified Communications Manager Attendant Console\logs

From the server, the relevant logs are the following:
CTI manager logs
Cisco Callmanager service logs
Attendant console server logs

For directory information on Attendant console, please check the following link
