Cisco Attendant Console

Using Call Manager 8.6 suddenly problem is reported by receptionist that on her Attendant Console telephone icons not appearing on screen.

She is not able to verify the status of extension before transffering the call

are they making use of EM?

That is a bug and not fixed even in version 9.

ATT CON icons work perfect if you do no tmake use of EM and just users on the physical phones.

We had the same issue, we did everything even with cisco TAC the icons works then for a while and stops again.

You can try to restart the BLF on the AA server and see if that helps.
