Cisco Business Attendant Console Issue

I recently installed the Business Attendant Console (BACS) and was workign on redundancy solutions to take care to some issues. Say when the Operator is not logged into the AC software or for some reason the machine crashes, I want the call to routed to a huntpilot number which has all the lines for the operator's phone. But when I try to test it out since the BACS still thinks all the CTI ports are registered it still sends the call to the BACS Pilot point and the call never shows up anywhere.

Any ideas how to make this work would be really appreciated.

Hello,

It's possible to do this directly in the CUBAC administration web page.

Enter in the menu User Configuration>Queue Management.

Here you'll find a part "Overflow".

Enter the Hunt Pilot number in the "Overflow Number" parameter.

Check the "No operator overflow" box.

If there is no operator online (Application no started or PC down), the calls will be send to the Overflow Number. It works with a Phone number, so it should also be OK with a Hunt Pilot.
