Hello all. I work in I.T. for a healthcare organization. We have a Cisco 3845 router and CCM 5.1. We keep getting complaints from other staff employees that calls are joining together. Basically a person will be put on hold and then somehow another person will call in and the calls will join together (they will be able to talk to each other). Please help
