We have a cisco call manager in site1 along with an alcatel OXO in site1 which are linked via SIP.
There is also a call manager express in site b linked via a wan.
when someone in siteb calls an extension on site1 on the cisco call managaer and then this person tries to transfer this call to someone on site1 on an alcatel phone which is linked via sip then the call drops.
has anyone seen this problem and what are areas to check ?
