Cisco Call Manager 7.1.3 Intercom Directory

Hi

I want to list Intercom Directory Numbers as part of the directorys which are available under directory on the phone, can this be done?

How do I enable this ?

When I go to

Device> Device settings>IP Phone Services and do I search I am seeing  Intercom Calls Listed however the enterprise subscription is set to false?

How do i change this?

The Intercom Calls services is not a corporate directory. It is a call log similar to the Placed Calls and Received Calls services.

Setting the Enterprise Subscription parameter to true is uncommon as this would subscribe every phone in the cluster to it. I would recommend you subscribe the service from the Device Configuration page using the Subscribe/Unsubscribe Services Related Tasks link.
