Cisco call manager 8.5 having trouble dialing

We have one local number we are trying to dial.  It's a local number and the only way we can get it to go through is to dial a X.1 before prefix and is confusing costumers. Any suggestions.  X.@ is in our route patterns for local calls. Our phone provider is saying we need to check our translation patterns.

Thanks,

Shawn

It'll be easier if you provide an example of what you dial vs what you want to dial, but in any case, your telco is right.

They way you're dialing vs the way you want to dial is all because of your configuration on route patterns/translation patterns/etc

The systems doesn't come with dialing patterns configured, someone had to configure those.

Review your dial plan and try using DNA.
