Ive got clients that would like to have the functionality of Cisco's CallConnector, mostly the toolbar.  Is it only available for CME?  We are running CUCM 7.15.  Thanks

Hi Luke,

Yes, this is strictly an SMB product for the UC5xx series and CME

Cheers!

Hi Luke, Hi Rob,

It was a nice toolbar (Smart Call Connector) but the free version was lacking in my opinion.  And the full blown SCC Server version didnt scale for CUCM.

There is the standalone C2C Widget that integrates with CUCM.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cupa/click_to_call/8.0/english/release/ReleaseNote_c2c.html

Having said that, click to call is also bundled with CUPC, CUCI-Lync, CUCI-Connect.

Even Jabber for Mac has click to call from web browsers via the "Services" option when you right-click highlighted text (works in any apps that support that Services menu, like Evernote, etc.)

Food for thought?

Steve

Hi steve (small world!)

I tested out out Click to Call a while back and it didnt want to work on windows 7 (64bit) if I remember correctly and it looked like the last update for it was in 2010. Thanks though

The release notes do indicate W7 64 bit support.  maybe its a newer version now?

Ill give it another run, thanks steve!
