Cisco CCM 5.1 to Alcatel Omni Pcx Ent. SIP integration issue
we have two telephony centrals, first an Alcatel OMNI PCX Enterprise ver 8 and another Cisco Callmanager 5.1. Both are interconnected using SIP.The problem is when the extensions of the CCM call to extensions of the alcatel PBX the name of the person who calls (calling name) does not appear on the screen. can someone help please??
