Im new with CCX and I can see that in the list of servers the status for the servers I have are in "PARTIAL SERVICE ".
Any idea what I can check? or this is normal?
Perform JTAPi client and JTAPI Dat Resync operation.
It’s because any of the Service in the server is not IN_Sevice Under the "Cisco Unified CCX Administration Control Center" Check if there is any service which is not IN_Service state.

Unified CM Telephony Subsystem --> PARTIAL SERVICE
VOIP Monitor Subsystem --> PARTIAL SERVICE
did you Perform JTAPi client and JTAPI Dat Resync operation. If not please do that and refer below thread.
